JK ASSURE WARRANTY ON PASSENGER CAR TYRES
Sizes Covered Customer friendly unconditional warranty on the entire Passenger Car Tyres Domestic Range
Entitlement Pro-rata adjustment up to 50% tread wear for non-manufacturing defects.
Defects Conditions Covered All non-manufacturing defects rendering the tyre unserviceable and unusable except for the conditions mentioned below.
Defects Not Covered: 1. Intentional Damages
2. Scoring Damages
3. Gaiter Damage
4. Nail Hole/Puncture
5. Uneven wear/Misalignment wear
6. Serviceable conditions/Repairable Damages Which Don't Make Tyre Unserviceable
7. Wrong Application/Fitment
Validity 1. 2 years from the date of manufacture or up to 50% tread wear, whichever is earlier wef July 2019 production (WWYY-2719) onwards.
2. Not Valid on 195/80R15 106Q LT Brute & 215/75R16 10PR.
3. Tyre warranty registration is mandatory for JK Assure

STANDARD WARRANTY ON PASSENGER CAR TYRES

  • Age limit for warranty claim (from the date of manufacture or pattern worn upto TWI , whichever is earlier) – 60 months / 5 years.
  • % tread wear for FOC Adjustments for manufacturing defects – FOC Adjustment Upto 15% tread wear.
  • Maximum Chargeable % Wear – 85%.

DISCLAIMER

  • Warranty does not provide compensation for any direct or indirect losses, damages incurred on account of tyre failure or any expenses towards tyre mounting demounting , alignment, balancing etc.
  • This warranty is only for the product under complaint and if the tyre is accepted under warranty the companion tyre or the other vehicles components will not be considered for warranty.
  • The company reserve the right to change or modify the terms and conditions of aforesaid warranty policy without having any obligation or notice.
